I have a very good neighbour in Ken Wood who at 60 will be cycling with his brother Neil 58 from Land's End to John O'Groats
They are doing this in aid of two charities Julia's House and Dementia.
I wish them all the very best in their epic journey, neither of them have done very much cycling in recent years and they both deserve to be congratulated on their effort for such deserving causes.
